Milan Royal Suites - Centro

There's a person at reception around the clock, and the place felt safe. It's right downtown, with a big room and all the kitchen things you need. If I come to Milan, I'd stay here again.

The apartment was in an upscale neighborhood, in a building with 24-hour security, and we could walk to the Galleria, Duomo, and lots of restaurants. Our family had plenty of room, with two double beds in the modern, very clean Beethoven 3 apartment. It was stocked with everything we wanted. The host communicated well before and after our stay and quickly brought extra coffee pods when we asked. Check-in was simple. Someone collected the city tax and passport details. The air conditioning wasn't as cool as we'd hoped, maybe because we're from Canada, but the available fans helped. Highly recommended!

The apartments were clean and tidy, and we had no problems. When we asked for extra towels, they arrived within a few hours. Staff were excellent and always reachable on WhatsApp. The arrival and departure details came clearly and on time. Brera is a great, central location, and we'd happily stay again. One thing that could be better: each apartment could use another full-length mirror and a few more hooks for hanging clothes.

The apartment wasn't quiet, and guest comfort clearly wasn't respected. Construction started right above us at 8 AM the next morning, so sleeping was impossible. I asked for the noise to stop, but nobody responded. When we arrived, the room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests, even though the hotel knew our check-in time well in advance. Housekeeping wasn't notified until I called. A very disappointing stay. I don't recommend this place at all.
