Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were friendly. I really liked the room's design, marble floors, and in-room espresso machine. The hotel suits a stylish city, and its location is superb, close to Duomo and the shopping streets. Recommended.

We really enjoyed staying here. The room was lovely, with a huge comfortable bed, TV, and air conditioning. The receptionist was very friendly and even stayed late to welcome us. Rooms are affordable, and the hotel is near the metro, a cafe, and most points of interest.

The location is great, but for the price the hotel feels very cheap. The bed was really hard, and the cramped bathroom could make the stay uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything.

For a safe, nice, and cozy place in Milan's best location, I'd highly recommend this. The room was modern, very clean, and roomy enough for one or two people. It was on the eighth floor, with amazing balcony views. San Babila metro station is right next door, and Duomo and the famous fashion street are within walking distance.
