Potential customers, beware. I stayed here for one night on a business trip in May 2025. The hotel is comfortable and the food is great, but I wouldn’t stay if you care about your money. Even though I was clearly there, with an invoice and all the paperwork to prove it, a front desk clerk reported me as a no-show to booking.com, where I’d booked the stay. I was then charged over 200 Euro by booking.com on top of the room cost. For five months I’ve tried to get the money back through emails, petitions, requests, and even threats of a lawsuit. The hotel staff have done nothing and taken no responsibility. I’ve heard countless claims that they’re working hard on the issue, but I believe I’ve run out of options. If the Italian consumer protection authority can’t help, this may end up in court. The place may be quite luxurious, but I’m warning people away because the stress and possibility of being a victim of fraud aren’t worth it.

Matilda completely changed my impression after I’d had mixed feelings about the hotel service because of another employee. She upgraded our rooms, helped carry our things, and was genuinely caring and sweet. Her excellent customer service is why I’d recommend the hotel. I had a nice stay. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it for 20 years, and the smell had soaked into the walls. The rooms need renovation, the coffee is bad, and the staff seem to have no idea what they’re doing. What they offer is a joke.

Deisy gave us excellent service, and she was so nice and pleasant. Great hotel.
