Numa Milan Adore Apartments

The location is central, and nearby hotels were absurdly expensive, but this felt like the most expensive shelter I’ve ever set foot in. The big windows are pointless when the building opposite is horrible, and they’re just single pane glass in a metal frame. Milan gets freezing in winter, but the room seemed designed for penguins. In a place with no concierge, it would help to mention that Numa’s entry keypad is numeric and hidden compared with the building’s main keypad.

The location in the heart of Milan city center is fantastic. My family and I stayed at Numa Milan Adore from July 13 to July 16, 2025, but the place itself was the worst part. It’s an apartment room, not a hotel room, and there were no services: no cleaning, bath towels, or regular accessories from the owner. The toilet was very old, the AC was broken, the bathroom exhauster didn’t work, and the sink didn’t work either. There was no service at all. They use an automated home-made AI agent that’s a poor model and full of errors, and nobody responds when you complain. Very unprofessional. I’d recommend trying somewhere else first. If you have no choice, you could try this place. Out of 10, I’d give it a 3, solely for the location. Everything else gets zero.

Our room was canceled on the morning of the reservation. There was no message on booking.com or WhatsApp, only one email that day. We were on a flight and didn’t see it until we reached the property and tried to get in. Even the app didn’t show the cancellation, and the website still said our room information would be available at 7am. Don’t stay here!

The room was clean and quiet, though they forgot to prepare the sofa bed for the children, so we set it up ourselves. The location is the best in Milano. We recommend it if you want to stay connected to the city center while still having shortcuts to your room.
