We booked as a group, but the rooms we had confirmed weren't available. Two people ended up in a rooftop room that didn't feel anywhere near 5-star standard, especially at €350 a night. After we called, we were told one of them could move the next day to a regular 5-star twin room. That never happened. My client came to reception after lunch, but staff refused because he hadn't come in the morning. That made no sense to us, since the room would need cleaning after the previous guests anyway, and we were told the hotel was full the first night. Nobody helped with the luggage even though we asked. I also found the person on the phone unfriendly, and they tried to convince us we'd made a mistake. We emailed an official complaint on 26.9.2025, then sent a reminder, but still got no reply. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is good, but that's about it. The rooms are very old, water can cover the bathroom floor if you're not careful, and the electrical system in the room didn't work properly. I don't understand how this place got 5 stars.

The location was the one thing that made staying here seem worthwhile at this price. The experience felt like 3 stars at best, nowhere near 5, and the price was outrageous for that. Had we realized, we probably could have found a real 5-star hotel in the area for the same money.

We were visiting Milan as a family and felt welcome as soon as we got to Hotel Pierre. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Getting around was easy since the metro and tram stops are just steps away. After busy days in the city, we could unwind in a spotless, well-kept room with great soundproofing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. It really felt like a home away from home, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Breakfast was really good, the rooms were comfortable, and the prices felt fair. The staff were very kind, and the location was convenient too.
