This was our second visit, my mom and I, and we keep coming back because of how friendly the staff are. The hotel was clean and we felt good there the whole time. It's on a quiet street, so we slept peacefully, and the metro is just a short walk away. We actually walked everywhere. We can't wait to return 🤗 Zuzana and Viera from Slovakia
For the price, this is a really good option. Our room was clean and nice, with everything we needed, and the heating worked whenever we wanted it in winter without an extra charge. The reception team were helpful and kind. Getting to the city center by metro was easy, and we had a very nice stay. I'd recommend it if you're after an affordable, decent place to stay :)

I've stayed in Milano a few times, and this is definitely among the best value-for-money hotels I've tried. The room was bright and clean, and the bathroom was clean too, with a cute little window. The staff were friendly and open, and the little dog was adorable. There's no elevator, but that wasn't a problem because the staff kindly carried our luggage up to the room. I really like this Hotel and don't agree with all the bad reviews.
The hotel was very clean and cozy, the service was perfect, and it's very close to the subway station that takes you to the Duomo. But the older man was mean and very rude. He kept muttering in Italian, and I wondered if it was because we were Arab or Muslim.
