We booked and paid through Booking.com, completed the online check-in, and paid the city tax, but then they refused to accept our reservation despite what we considered a valid reason. We suspect it may have been because our passports showed we were Turkish, and felt we could have been treated differently because of that. They stopped replying to our messages and didn’t return the payment after saying they couldn’t host us without a reason. Booking.com reviewed the proof and agreed we were right, so they had to refund us. Be careful, you could end up out on the street.

One night before we were due to arrive in Milan, they messaged to say they wouldn’t let us stay because we were under 25. We’d booked the apartment for three nights. The place sounded like a cave anyway, and organizing parties there would’ve been embarrassing. They refused to refund us, ignored our calls, then blocked our numbers. We’ll be contacting the police soon.

I only wanted to book a room, but the woman on the phone was really rude to us. Don’t waste your time or money. I wanted to give this hotel a chance, and now I can see why nobody likes it. :(

I spent three nights there, and the room was very dirty and smelled bad when I arrived. Nobody answered when I tried to contact them. A kind barber across from the apartment explained how to reach them, but I was left waiting outside for about two hours. I’d never go back, even if it were free.
