I booked online and went to check in, but the receptionist asked for my document. I said I'd forgotten it but had it on my phone, and he refused to let me in, saying it was illegal and impossible. I understood and started looking for another hotel. Still, they withdrew €93 even though they hadn't accepted me. When I called, the receptionist said Hostelworld had taken the money, not them. I felt he told me a lot of lies, and the whole thing made me furious and frustrated. The staff were horrible, unhelpful, and rude.

Our room was okay, and the price was good for what we got. The guy at reception was very nice and friendly.

The location was the only decent part. I paid €316 for two nights, then was charged another €10 a day for so-called air conditioning. After half an hour the room was still unbearably hot. When I complained, the staff ignored me and then yelled as if I were too stupid to understand how AC works. They moved us to another bad room with a cheap air cooler that just blew useless air. We tried to leave and cancel because Booking.com clearly says same-day cancellations are possible, but the hotel refused. At this price, it felt like daylight robbery. Maybe I'd have let it go at €70 a night, but this place completely ruined our trip. I hate it and would rather sleep on the street than stay here again.

A very good hotel with nice service. Mina, the receptionist, was especially friendly and helpful.
