I couldn’t be in Milan myself, but the hotel made sure my partner felt celebrated and cared for on our anniversary. Alessandra from the Guest Relations Team was warm, personal, and incredibly professional from her very first message. She personally oversaw the room preparation and flower setup, making sure every detail was just right for my partner’s arrival. The team handled the luggage smoothly and made everything feel relaxed and welcoming. Their care, empathy, and attention to detail turned the distance into closeness. This was thoughtful, human hospitality, and made a meaningful moment unforgettable. Highly recommended, and Alessandra is truly an asset to the hotel.

The bar area was my favorite part of the visit, and the new furniture has made the place feel fresh, modern, and welcoming. Zina was especially lovely: kind, respectful, and smiling throughout. She clearly takes pride in her work and made sure we were comfortable and everything was right. I’d happily return, especially when she’s on service. A wonderful meal out, and I’d recommend it.

Our waitress Ozvalda made the meal especially enjoyable. She was professional, polite, and attentive, and made us feel at ease the whole time. The restaurant itself has a warm, pleasant atmosphere, and the food was flavorful and well prepared. Breakfast stood out too, fresh and nicely presented. I’d gladly recommend the place and hope to come back.

The hotel is right in the heart of Milan, close to shopping and attractions, and it was clean, well cared for, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My family’s stay at Rosa Grand Milano – Starhotels was positive overall, though check-in started badly. After a long flight, on December 31st, I was told the room category I’d booked allowed only two adults, so our 6-year-old couldn’t stay in it and we’d need to pay for a higher category. That was stressful during a busy holiday period, especially when finding another place would have been difficult. Ms. Maria Elisa, P Shift Leader, handled it with calmness, empathy, and respect. She upgraded us at no extra cost, and her thoughtful, humble approach turned a difficult arrival into a memorable example of hospitality. We felt welcomed and valued, and her actions reflected well on the hotel’s management and customer care. My sincere thanks to her and the whole Rosa Grand Milano team. I’d recommend the hotel and would happily stay again.
