I booked through Booking.com and paid for a room with two single beds because I was traveling with a colleague. Instead, we were given one large bed, and the room I’d booked had apparently been given to someone else. It’s unacceptable to pay for a room and not get it. I tried calling reception about the mix-up, but they were no help. They hung up and refused to speak with me. There’s no one at the reception desk, so the phone is the only way to reach them, and now they’re ignoring my messages. They don’t seem to care about guests. The stay wasn’t comfortable at all. I’ve reported the issue to Booking.com. The photo shows the room we got alongside my reservation. Scammers, I don’t recommend this place.

The receptionist behaved badly and wouldn’t listen. He shouted at me and came across as a cowardly, cheap guy. He also took extra money from me. I’d say don’t even consider booking here.

We booked twin rooms but got single beds, and the room maintenance was awful. They wouldn’t empty our bins, though we noticed someone had gone through our belongings. There was no water in the bedroom, and whenever a problem came up, nobody was at reception. The AC barely worked, so our first night was so hot we hardly slept. There’s no lift, which made getting around a struggle in the heat. The person managing the place came into our room twice, saying we were checking out a day before the date we’d booked. We stayed four nights and came away quite disappointed.

The host’s attitude was one of the worst I’ve encountered. My mom’s plane was delayed, so she arrived 30 minutes late at 4 pm, not at night, and he yelled at me about it. He wouldn’t accept the card even though it was working, made me cancel the hotel, and still got his money. Terrible place and horrible service. I strongly don’t recommend staying here.
