We were able to leave our bags after checkout, which helped since we had an early cathedral tour and didn't want to carry them around. The host was really accommodating, quick to answer questions, and very helpful when our flight was delayed. She sent us instructions for getting into the hotel. Our suite was spotless, had a comfy bed and a small kitchen, and the air conditioning worked well. We didn't use some of the amenities, but it was nice to have them for a longer stay. The Duomo Milano and Galleria Vittorio de Emmanuelle are nearby. Such a good place, I'd recommend it in a heartbeat!

The service was great, and the location was hard to beat, right by the duomo, about five minutes away. The rooms were very spacious, as was the bathroom, though there wasn't a key to lock the bathroom door.

Mohammad and Sala helped me track down my IPad after I lost it and had already left for another city. I got it back, which says a lot about how reliable, trustworthy, and caring the hotel is. My stay itself was amazing too, and it's very close to the Dumo. I'd definitely recommend it.

We could drop our bags at 11am and check in at 2pm. The apartment was huge, very clean, and thoughtfully put together, with a partial view of the Duomo. Even though it was literally next to the Duomo, it was quiet and lovely. The air conditioning was powerful, which was a real help during Milan's heat wave. Amazing stay!

Sole was amazing from the start and made us feel so welcome in Milan. The accommodations were wonderful, and when our plans unexpectedly changed at the last minute, she was incredibly flexible and turned a difficult afternoon around for us. We'll definitely stay here again. Grazie mille!!
