Sweet Inn - Duomo

Getting the check-in instructions by email took two hours on a rainy evening. The walkway is dark all the time and feels like a ghost town. Inside, the bed is so soft it gave me a backache, the shower is tiny, and there’s no body wash, shampoo, or napkins. There are only four hangers. This apartment shouldn’t be listed on Agoda. Don’t confuse it with ODSweett Duomo hotel, just 10 seconds away. Stay there instead.

Good location. It was clean, though not perfect, and the bathroom could use a little work.

What a great find. The apartment is bright, roomy, and beautifully decorated, and the location was just right. Laundry was really handy, and the kitchen had all the basics, including washing-up liquid and a sponge. There’s plenty of closet space and the bathroom is lovely. I’d definitely recommend it.

The location was very good, but everything else was very bad. We were put on the top, 8th floor without being told beforehand, and there’s no elevator to take our bags up. We had nine big bags and nobody was provided to help us. I asked for help again at checkout and got no response. It’s a very old apartment, and there are newer places, but they assigned us this one. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
