The bathroom was awful, especially the shower, and the rooms were bad. The staff were unfriendly too. This was one of the worst places I’ve ever booked, probably the worst place we’ve been to. Sorry, I don’t have photos. We didn’t want any of our friends to see this place. Never again.

For €30 a night and only 15 minutes from the station, I guess you can’t expect too much. I’d say it’s cleaner and nicer than most reviews make it sound. Still, it’s a one-star hotel for a reason: I stayed in a shared room, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the room was hot and loud. The staff I met were a bit abrupt.

The facilities were poor, and it was a very bad experience. It didn’t feel suitable for families at all. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, like being in a horror movie. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Everything else was okay, but the receptionist was very rude and didn’t speak Italian or English well.

My stay was excellent, and based on reviews of earlier stays, I think things may have improved. The room was clean and spacious, with everything you’d expect, and it was quiet. I had a large, comfortable bed with an unusually good mattress. The shower and bathroom were great too.
