It’s a quiet place tucked into a courtyard, even though bars and restaurants are right outside and the Navigli is lively. The flat is lovely, and it has that lived-in feel of a place its owners use too, a bit like a couch-surfing apartment. Parking is at Porta Genova station, about a kilometer away, and costs 85 Euro for a week since cars can’t enter the street. We dropped our luggage near the flat first. A local person contacted us by email the day before arrival, met us, and helped carry it.
