The room was in good shape and spotless when I arrived, but nobody cleaned it again during the five days I stayed. Breakfast was passable, with toast, fruit, tea or coffee without milk, and sweet cakes or biscuits. It was enough to get going, though I wouldn't call it a good breakfast.

Such a lovely place, and everyone made us feel welcome.

The owner was so kind, and the rooms were roomy and clean. I also really liked the cared-for garden, which had everything set up nicely. It's a great base for the area, about 20 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) and roughly the same from central Padua. I'd recommend it.

We were there this weekend and found that the place didn't live up to its description. There was grime everywhere in our double room, especially below the beds, and it had a sofa bed and no TV. The breakfast room had cobwebs all over. Breakfast was poor, with products that seemed very low quality. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The owner was warm and chatty, and put together a breakfast with everything we needed: coffee, tea, juice, croissants, biscuits, rusks, jam, Nutella, honey, and fruit. My family and I stayed just one night on July 23, 2022, for the summer festival with DJ set by Igor-s & Lady Brian, and this simple but well-kept B&B was only about 5 km away. The rooms were large, with the option to connect to another room, which works well for families with kids. The bathroom was bigger than average and had complimentary toiletries. Thanks for everything.
