The hotel is right beside the lake in a beautiful setting, and everything was clean and nicely renovated. The food and service were top quality, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. The hotel’s “taxi” to the ski resort in Andal was an added bonus. We’ll be back!

We came for our honeymoon and were amazed by the view from our room. It was breathtaking, and the hotel was peaceful and respectful of everyone, just right for relaxing. The staff were warm and welcoming, the bathrooms modern, and the rooms well maintained, though they could use a little more attention to hygiene. Breakfast was really good, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. Thank you so much, fontanella. We loved our stay and will definitely return! 💛🌷

We loved it here last year and came back, but this visit was a bad experience. There were flies everywhere, and the AC wasn’t working. We couldn’t sleep with the bugs around. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The view from the window made a real impression. The staff were so friendly and hospitable, and we enjoyed both the delicious breakfasts and the very tasty dinners. We’ll definitely come back!

The kitchen is the real star here, the chef really knows his craft. We spent our family winter holiday at this hotel and had an amazing time. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, and the staff are friendly and nice. Special thanks to our waiter Augustino, whom our kids really liked. Thank you for the excellent service.
