Hotel Terme Luna

I paid for the room, and when my girlfriend arrived the next evening, the owner started rudely knocking on the door the following morning, saying she would break into the room and demanding my girlfriend's documents. My girlfriend politely asked her to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes, but she was yelled at to "give it now" 😠. My girlfriend had travelled a long way and needed rest, not stress and rudeness. We went downstairs with the documents and were yelled at, "this is our house and our rules and you can't come whenever you feel like." I had paid for the room in full and asked the security guard if he could let my beloved sweetheart in. He said it wasn't a problem, but the next morning he denied saying that. We were then told to pay another €40, and we said that was not a problem, even though I had already paid for the room. In the end, we were rudely required to pay €80, only because we were kept waiting at the front desk for a long time. After we paid €80, Francesca and her mother, the hotel owners, rudely told us we couldn't spend the night we'd paid for. I intended to stay at the hotel for the remaining 9 days, but decided to leave because service quality should be top notch. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel, ever‼️

The rooms were hot and sticky, with air conditioning that barely worked. Pillows were thin and mattresses hard. There was no iron available.

A serene setting, spacious and well-designed rooms, nice artwork, and prompt service make it feel like a home away from home. It has everything you'd expect a standard hotel to offer. One of the best in this area.

I only stayed to use the thermal pool, so I can't say what the rooms are like inside. The garden outside is very nice, and the water is warm.
