The best part was the location. It's a street from the sea, with a nice walk along the waterfront, and there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Metro and bus stops make it easy to reach the city centre, and this felt like a safer part of Naples, away from the railway station area. The room felt old and wasn't very clean. The bathroom was cramped, there was hardly space to move in the shower, and the towels looked old and unclean too. Breakfast was limited, with no fresh bread. Check-in was confusing: I had to WhatsApp the guy to say we'd arrived and get instructions for entering the apartment. Parking is on the street behind and costs €15 per day. The room key lock was difficult to use. The elevator seemed ancient, built in the 1800s, and was very small. I didn't feel safe riding in it.

The location was a real plus, with paid parking available, the metro nearby, and bars and restaurants just around the corner. But we stayed in high season and what we found was far from what we'd expected from what we read. The room wasn't very clean, and the bathroom was so tiny that two people could barely fit. Breakfast was basically nonexistent, despite the advertised wide choice of sweet and savory food. We were given jam, Nutella, and toast. For the price, I was disappointed.

The location is the one saving grace. Breakfast was poor, with expired milk, there was no fridge in the room, and the TV didn't work. The owner was around in his own way: we'd agree on a time, then he'd be absent. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My friend and I stayed here last night, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The toilet still had marks from the previous guest, the room was extremely dirty, and the sheets and towels were beyond reproach. We paid at the door without receiving any documents or an invoice. The owner seemed unprofessional, walking around the property bare-chested and leaving personal belongings everywhere. Strongly discouraged.
