B&b A'luggetella

6/5. Great hotel! 💪

The room change helped a little: our second room had a window we could open, though the soundproofing was poor and we could hear people in the neighboring rooms, even moving in bed. We asked to switch, and the host kindly agreed. In the first room the windows were fixed, it wasn’t aired out properly, and cupboards were filled with clothes, bags, and other belongings left by previous guests or the host, leaving us little space for our own things. Breakfast was described as included, but all we found was a few snacks left in the room when we checked in, which felt misleading. There’s a coffee machine in the hallway, but it’s only available from 8am to 10am. The stay wasn’t bad overall, though some rules seemed unusual: check-in is only from 3pm to 10pm, and arriving outside that period, such as at 11pm, costs extra. Check-out is strictly at 10am, with extra charges possible for leaving earlier or later.

That panoramic terrace was stunning, and the breakfast was delicious. We came as a family, two sisters and two brothers, and booked two rooms. Both rooms were excellent, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. The reservation staff were courteous and helpful throughout, giving us all the information we needed. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning, and they patiently guided us through check-in step by step. If I’m back in the area, I’ll choose this place again. Highly recommend it!

The balcony looked out over almost all of Naples, and the room itself was spacious and charming. We got there well before our scheduled time, and although the room wasn’t ready, the staff welcomed us, let us park inside, and gave us the keys. They’d even sent photos showing where to park and how to leave the keys, which made everything easy. Breakfast was generous, all pre-packaged, and there was a coffee and cappuccino machine. It’s in a quiet spot away from the city-center bustle, about a 15-minute walk from the metro. From there, it’s seven stops to Toledo station in the city center. We only stayed one night, but it was a lovely experience, and we’d be glad to stay again if we return to Naples.
