The girl at reception did her best to help. Aside from that, everything was bad. I paid for two nights of breakfast for two people, but they gave us a basket of snacks that you can buy at a supermarket. The reception guy didn’t speak English and only spoke his own language, so we had to use a translation app to communicate. It was super uncomfortable. This was my first time staying more than one night somewhere that charged 10 euros to change towels for two people, and they said the fee also included arranging them. I only wanted fresh towels, and 10 euros could buy four new ones at supermarkets in Italy. The quilt was very prickly, there was uncleaned hair all over the bed, and I could feel the mattress springs when lying down. They sent me a link to pay the tax, but my bank rejected it after several tries. That made me wonder if the link was secure. They just seemed to think I didn’t want to pay 12 euros.

The room was amazing, really clean and comfortable, and the guy at reception was so helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

A cozy, friendly B&B with nice staff and excellent service. The smart TVs are a good touch, so you can relax with Netflix or catch live shows from back home.

The room was nice and clean. The only drawback was having no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor.
