Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel just 24 hours before we were due to arrive. Is that really how they want to do business? It was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend doing business with a company that shows paying customers that kind of disrespect.

Paolo was welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. The accommodation was first class, and the bed was super comfortable. Naples can be busy and noisy, but our room was well situated and we weren't disturbed by traffic or people out at night. The location was superb. We'll definitely come back.

We got a great room for an excellent price, right by the port. Check-in was straightforward, and the instructions for the keys were very clear.
