That breakfast from the nearby Pasticceria was generous and incredibly good. It’s one of the best and cheapest spots for food or coffee, and I’d happily return for more. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and gave us a short tour. I stayed three nights and enjoyed the place. Some people called it “sketchy,” but I didn’t see it that way. It’s quite near both the metro and train stations. There was a fair bit of noise, though manageable. The room was very small, but it had air conditioning, a chair, and lots of storage. The serious problem was the keys: the one for our room also opened the other room. That’s a major security concern. I was horrified to discover the second key they gave us opened the apartment’s third room. Thankfully nobody was staying in the other rooms, which is why I tried the keys. This needs fixing.

The neighborhood isn't great, even though being near the central station makes the location convenient. The room was small but had working air conditioning. There was no Wi-Fi, the beds were very noisy, and the showerhead was broken. Check-in instructions could be clearer. A small breakfast was available, and for the price it was still worth it.

Several places around here use the same name, so make sure you have the exact address 😉 We were told by locals that this was a bit of a hole and not a safe area for tourists. We got lucky and met some lovely, helpful locals who offered to walk us to our destination and arrange a taxi.

A central spot with a really good breakfast and friendly staff. Traffic noise at night can be a bit much.
