The room was comfortable, more like a mini-apartment, with a fully equipped kitchenette. Everything else was perfect too: the staff were courteous, the place was clean, and the location puts you right in the historic center of Naples. Churches, cathedrals, museums, and even the lovely seafront are all walkable, with restaurants, bars, and fast food just steps away. I'll definitely be back. Worth a try.

The price was good, and the apartment had everything we needed in a great spot in the historic center. Service was adequate, but cleanliness was a serious problem. The shelves and lamps were filthy, there was a badly stained rug in the kitchen, and we found used soap in the bathroom. I had allergy symptoms for four days. The sheets were at least fairly clean. Breakfast was included, but it didn't arrive until the second day. For five days and three people, they left a liter of juice and some supermarket pastries. I also didn't like that even the owners didn't know what kind of reservation we had or that breakfast was part of it.

The price is low and the location is great, but this is really just somewhere to sleep. Our room had two double beds and a kitchenette we never used, but no closets. Its glass window looked onto the internal courtyard, so it was dark during the day and hallway light came in at night, with no curtains. It connected to another room with a third double bed and a small closet, plus a bathroom with no windows or ventilation and a floor as crooked as the paintings. One exhibit had a clipped nail sticking out that tore my shirt, and the bathroom cabinet was coming unglued from the wall. At least the pillows and towels were supplied impeccably. My rating is average because the place is average, nothing more or less.

The room was cold because it wasn't heated. The shower is out on the balcony and it's cold too. The instantaneous water heater is only enough for washing dishes, not for a shower. The location is a plus.
