The Boutique Napoli Suite

The Boutique Napoli Suite has spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable, in a very walkable neighborhood that felt safe at night. The location is excellent. There’s no dining at the property, despite food photos I’d seen in reviews. It’s a few suites in a building without a front desk, and you have to take stairs before reaching the lift. Since the street is car-free, expect to haul bags for a few blocks. Check-in hours are limited, so a delay could cause problems. Our travel companions picked up our room key.

I stayed five nights and would stay here again. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower nice, and the host was kind and quick to respond. The balcony looks onto lively Toledo street. It’s in a residential apartment building with a doorman. The walls are thin, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The location was amazing, and the staff were helpful. The room was clean, though the place felt a bit dated. The bathroom could use newer fixtures or a refresh around the sink. Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and reconnecting even after they reset the router. When we arrived, there were bags of trash by the entrance.

Check-in went smoothly, and Martina was very helpful, sending us information about things to do and places to go in Naples. The building felt very secure, with a 24-hour security person and several secured doors between the entrance, lobby, and room. It’s right on the main shopping and nightlife street in central Naples. The room was very clean and had great amenities, including a bathroom, AC, blackout blinds, and a closet. I’d definitely stay here again.
