Federica's home is in the Spanish Quarters, one of Naples' most characteristic neighborhoods. We picked it because we wanted to experience the real Naples. The place is spacious and clean, and even though the area is noisy, the house itself was peaceful. We stayed in February during Carnival, four adults and three children. The building is old and has no elevator, but the stairs weren't a problem for us. They helped work off all the food we tried at the Neapolitan restaurants Federica recommended. Federica greeted us with a lovely smile and provided semi-sweet rolls, milk, and jam for breakfast, plus a Neapolitan kit with tomato sauce and spaghetti. We didn't have many days, but her help let us see a lot. I had some health issues during the trip, and she quickly tried to help me still enjoy the vacation. Her husband also agreed to take me for a short drive around Naples, so I got to see this beautiful city. If I return, I'd definitely contact Federica again. At her place, you really feel NEAPOLITAN.
