I had booked three days here, but after the second night Monica kicked my friends and me out. She said we hadn't paid enough, even though we had paid the full amount through Airbnb before arriving. The apartment didn't have the amenities listed: there was no Wi-Fi, and the 'breakfast' was a plain mini croissant from a supermarket and orange juice. There were rules against using the kitchen and eating or drinking alcohol in our rooms, so we felt uncomfortable. Monica said the Wi-Fi would be available the next day, but it never came during our stay. The next day, we found a cockroach in bed. Luckily, we have a video of Monika screaming and throwing our things out, plus photos of a cockroach in her bed. We reported the case to Airbnb. If you want to avoid a ruined holiday, stay away.

My wife and I had an extremely positive stay at B&B La Mimosa. The room was spotless, orderly, and clearly looked after with great care, which made it feel welcoming and pleasant. Monica was kind, courteous, and always available with support and useful tips for enjoying Naples. She also let us leave our bags before we went out for one last city tour. We highly recommend this comfortable, clean, professionally run B&B in the heart of Naples, and we'll definitely return.

We had a hard time finding the B&B because there was no sign or other indication. It's up on the second floor, reached by difficult, unworkable stairs, then more narrow stairs with high steps to the room. The outside of the building is shabby and dilapidated. Inside, the room was dark and damp, with big ceiling stains and just two small windows facing a wall. Nobody cleaned during our five-day stay. Poor value for money. I absolutely don't recommend it.

I stayed here with my family over the Christmas holidays. Monica was lovely, attentive to what we needed, and incredibly helpful. Since it was a special time of year, she even took the time to find restaurants for our Christmas lunches and dinners. The B&B was pleasant and well placed for the historic center of Naples. Monica also guided us to some of the most characteristic spots. Definitely get in touch with her if you're staying in Naples.
