From the outside, the place looks nice, but that’s where the appeal stopped for me. The rooms are tiny for the nightly price, and both the rooms and service need improvement. The air conditioner gave off a horrible sewage smell, like rotten eggs, and it was so strong I couldn’t stay in the room. I even woke up at night because of it. Breakfast wasn’t bad if you like sweet food, with loads of pastries, but there was nothing savory for anyone who prefers an American-style breakfast. After the room problem, the owner’s response left me disappointed. They could have made things right, but I didn’t get the sense they cared about repeat guests or the long-term business.

The garden around the whole property was very well kept, and it’s a handy base for the area’s beaches and villages. I stayed for a week in July 2025. There was a little booking issue, but manager Michele sorted it out brilliantly. My room was clean, simple, and stocked with what I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes, savory options, and fresh fruit. There’s convenient parking on site. Highly recommend!

Michele was so kind and friendly, and we had a lovely stay. The rooms are dotted around a lush garden. The breakfast spot is shaded and so green, it almost feels like being in Puglia. Breakfast was generous and very good.
