Apartment number 6 has huge potential, with a lovely garden and a strategic location. Unfortunately, it seemed not to have been maintained for years: peeling walls, limescale in the shower, and rust everywhere. The furnishings offered very little comfort, and the place wasn't cleaned at all. The kitchen and bathroom were especially bad, with a rotten freezer, a very dirty fridge, spiders all over, and damaged, dirty dishes. Several of us guests complained more than once. The owners responded politely, but it didn't seem like there was any intention to fix things. My advice is not to trust the website at all or stay here until there's a confirmed change in the cleaning person and the rooms have been renovated.

Mario, a very attentive host, also rents apartments right by the beach. You just cross the road to reach Florida Beach, so there's no walk to speak of, though you do give up some of the quiet. We stayed in one of the available rooms or small apartments, a bright, clean, spacious double room with a comfortable bed, private bathroom, and an outdoor spot with two chairs, a table, and a clothesline. It was less than ten minutes from the sea, in an almost completely silent area, perhaps because we visited in September. To reach the water from our place, you take a paved road and then a little path through trees and shrubs that looks like something Hobbits made. The price includes a front-row umbrella and two beach chairs, plus breakfast at the Florida Beach bar. Stefano there is wonderful and really looks after people. Highly recommended!

Great location and a well-kept, thoughtfully designed place, just a short walk from the beach.

We stayed in the “Nel Verde” apartment, on a hill in a residential area above the sea, just a two-minute drive from Numana's center. It's such a peaceful oasis, with the beach only steps away. The apartment was spotless and in perfect shape, spacious, bright, and had all the comforts we needed. We loved the furnished private veranda overlooking the well-kept garden, a lovely place to unwind in complete quiet. The included Florida restaurant serves a wonderful range of delicious seafood, lovingly prepared by the fantastic Mr. Mario, the person to turn to at the property. A heartfelt thank you for such a rejuvenating, high-quality stay. We'll definitely be back, and recommend this enchanting corner of paradise to everyone!
