The hostess was so friendly and helpful, and the simple room had everything I needed, including a little kitchen with a kettle, tea, and coffee. It's a real gem near the city center, though a bit hard to find the first time. The only thing I didn't like was having to carry around such a huge bunch of keys. I'll be back!

The location is lovely, but breakfast was mediocre. What disappointed me was the owner's inconsistency: I called her months ahead, outside of Booking, and we agreed on a price. When it was time to pay, she asked for much more and blamed Booking for showing incorrect offers.

It was such a peaceful, clean place, and breakfast was plentiful. The B&B is run by a wonderful person, and we had a lovely stay. “Enchanting” really describes the experience. I hope we can come back soon. Thank you for everything ❤️

The location was right in the center, and both the room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was superb too. Ines, the owner, welcomed us so warmly and was a wonderful person. Thank you so much, Mrs. Ines!

You can park on site if you're arriving by car, and the owner is very friendly and happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are comfortable, nicely furnished, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is just a few steps from Piazza del Duomo.
