Rainer, the owner, gets involved with the service himself, which made the whole stay feel especially personal and caring. Federico and Irena were wonderful too, always attentive and happy to help with whatever I needed. This family-run hotel has a warm, friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive, and the service throughout was excellent. I enjoyed every minute and would be delighted to return. Highly recommended!

We’d love to stay at Hotel Grien again. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the spa was comfortable and spotless. We had lovely massages too. Breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning, especially the fresh juice and fruit, perfectly cooked eggs, and delicious cappuccinos with a nice mountain view. Everyone on staff was warm, helpful, and welcoming, so it felt like home. There’s no AC, but the weather was lovely and we slept with the windows open.

The food was top notch, and after hiking or golfing in the Dolomites, the spa whirlpool was just right. We stayed four nights and were comfortable the whole time. It took 8,800km to get there, but the welcome made it feel like home. Rainer created such a good atmosphere for guests, and his hiking tips were spot on. The rooms were cozy, and the staff’s attention to detail kept impressing us. The views were fantastic, and the wait staff were both friendly and professional. Huge thanks to Alessandro, Irene, Monika, Rainer, and my friend Frederico. They made the trip amazing, and we’d definitely return if we’re in this part of the world again.
