Residence Cesa Sassela

The pool, sauna, and hot tub were clean and peaceful, and you can arrange to have breakfast delivered to your room by filling in the form the night before. The property has a spectacular view and on-site parking. Stairs offer a quicker walking route down to the town center. Staff were welcoming and helpful, answered messages quickly, and even offered us a ride to the square with our luggage so we could catch the bus. The location makes it easy to reach the cable cars and hiking trails while staying outside the town itself. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The penthouse at Residence Cësa Sassela was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had views we’ll never forget. The location made it easy to get around, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Every part of the stay made us happy, and it felt truly special. I can’t think of a better place to stay in Ortisei. We definitely recommend it and are already looking forward to returning.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you might need. You can order breakfast ingredients the day before, which is convenient. After a day skiing, the jacuzzi, pool, and sauna were a great way to unwind, and there’s a heated room for keeping boots overnight so they’re warm in the morning. Artur was accommodating and offered rides to and from the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda slopes. Barbara was kind and helpful from our first conversation, then went above and beyond in person with restaurant recommendations and help making Italian bookings. One caution: book those well in advance, as availability can be limited. I highly recommend staying at Cesa Sassela.

The two-bedroom apartment has a small balcony overlooking Seceda, and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t welcoming or friendly, and we didn’t find it as helpful as other reviewers did.
