We only learned at check-in that both my family's room and my brother's family's room had been moved from the Via Trieste location we'd booked. The rooms weren't what we asked for, didn't have the beds we requested, and lacked private bathrooms, so we had to share with other rooms. Nobody had told us in advance, and we hadn't been given any instructions about where or how to check in. We waited over an hour in the rain because the check-in desk was closed at 1:30 PM. The staff were careless and didn't offer a discount or do anything to fix the situation. Stay away.

We had to leave at 9 pm and pay for another hotel. The sheets were old, used, smelly, and disgusting. I don't think they had been changed. I'm out a lot of money, and they still refuse to refund me. We asked for a refund and were told it could be arranged, but when we tried to reach them afterward, they didn't answer and rejected our claims. I watched Luca ignore the phone calls from The room was advertised as having air conditioning, but there wasn't any. They wouldn't even give us a fan, and it was about 80 degrees inside. The person at the front desk didn't seem to care that we were uncomfortable and kept giving me the runaround. We arrived at 10 am and were shocked to learn that guests couldn't get through the front door until 4 pm. No one answered the phone or door, and they wouldn't let us leave our bags anywhere, so we had to pay to store them at the train station. I wish I could give this zero stars. Save your money and don't stay here.

They took the money, but there was no reply by email, message, or phone. Booking didn't care either.
