The owners and staff were lovely, and it was very good value. We had a big, clean room with a nice bathroom. Most places in Palermo were walkable in 10 to 20 minutes, and it's a lovely bed and breakfast.

The bedroom itself was okay, but there were only two power sockets, far from the bed, which made charging devices for two people difficult. Our bathroom was about 10 meters away, small, awkward to use, and visibly damaged in several places. To get there, we had to cross a shared room and pass another guest's room. It didn't look properly maintained. Breakfast was self-service, with low-quality coffee and very few food options. I'm sure there's a better place to stay.

This small B&B, I think it has four rooms, feels cozy and intimate, with a lot of personal attention to detail. It seemed like they could accommodate just about anything. We arrived four hours before check-in and asked to leave our bags, but they cleaned and prepared the room quickly and let us in early. The day before we arrived, my girlfriend emailed to ask about a vegetarian breakfast, and they replied yes five minutes later. On the first morning, her personalized breakfast was ready with real care. We had to leave at 6 am on our final day, so they prepared breakfast in advance. The night before, they also left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. Such a nice surprise.

The bathrooms were dirty, the breakfast had no taste, and the owner was rude and unhelpful. The old room furniture was noisy, and there was no privacy. It felt more like an Airbnb.
