The receptionists were kind and helpful, but the room was awful. The pillows were torn, the lampshades were broken, and there was mould. I don’t understand how the owners can fail to see this. Are they just careless about their customers’ wellbeing? This is the worst three-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The only way to reach the rooms was by lift. My husband avoids lifts, so he had to go through the adjoining building and use its stairs while I took the lift and unlocked the connecting door for him. The hotel-side door to those stairs stayed locked because they joined another hotel. That was a real hassle. We spent four days here a few months ago. The staff were friendly, but the rooms and the hotel felt old, breakfast was very basic, and it was the same leftover cakes each day. We started getting coffee at nearby bars instead. There was no WiFi. We were told it was temporarily down and technicians were coming, but the owners never brought it up again, so it seemed as if WiFi wasn't provided at all. For the price, we expected much better service and quality. We booked because the reviews looked good, much to our disappointment. Unless you find a cheap rate, I wouldn't consider staying here.
