Hotel Vittoria Palermo

The woman responsible for the place lost the room key, and now she says I stole it. These people aren't honest. Stay away.

I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. The place was chaotic, with music playing and people singing at 2 a.m. I understand there's a street nearby, and street noise would be understandable, but music and singing at that hour were unacceptable. I couldn't sleep all night, and there wasn't even hot water for a shower. I've traveled to 32 countries and study in New York City, but I've never had an experience this bad anywhere else. I left very early to change hotels.

Letizia and Marco were really nice. They even lent us a beach umbrella for the whole trip, and we had a good time here.

My brother had reserved a room for himself, and I was only there briefly before leaving for the airport. Ten minutes after we arrived, the man running the place barged into the room and yelled at us because I was sitting on the bed we hadn't reserved. The policy said we could use only one of the two beds, but he could have told us before we went into the room. He was rude and terribly unprofessional. A complete idiot. Don't stay here.
