The hosts were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help, and their hospitality really made the stay. The place was comfortable, well kept, and very clean. We had everything needed in the kitchen, and cooking was easy. Finding the fridge stocked with food was a lovely surprise and made us feel at home. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a relaxing, pleasant stay. The location also made exploring the area easy. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed with an unexpected aperitif, which was a lovely touch. The apartment had all the comforts we needed, the local sights were within walking distance, and the hosts were wonderful.

What I’ll remember most about my February stay at Jacona 365 is the owners, a delightful couple with a huge heart and real passion for their work. They gave us a superb welcome, and I won’t forget them. The apartment was spotless and had every comfort. It’s also close to Palermo’s main historical and cultural sights. I’d recommend this wonderful experience to everyone.

We didn’t want to leave this wonderful apartment. The owners stocked it with everything we might need, from an iron to facial wipes, and filled the fridge with treats. They also suggested places to eat and things to see in Palermo. We were greeted with a traditional Italian treat and sent off with a delicious breakfast for the journey. It was an unforgettable stay. Thanks again for such a warm welcome and hospitality!

I haven’t stayed there myself yet, hopefully soon, since this was a gift. But from my first conversation with the owners, I felt I’d chosen well. They were attentive, thorough, and full of thoughtful surprises. Everything about the apartment was perfect, from the welcome to the lovely surprise on arrival. The location, cleanliness, and value for money were all great. We hope to see you soon, Beppe and Mary Cetta! Thanks again for everything! ❤️
