10/10
The reception room sofas were so comfortable that I ended up finishing a whole book on them. I also loved the roomy rooms and the balcony, where you could see the mountains and sea together. Great service, good value, and excellent overall.

10/10
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped, including a washing machine. The staff were friendly and helpful, too.

2/10
The location was good, but everything else was a disaster. I booked two apartments, including the presidential suite, and both were very dirty and nothing like the photos. I had a terrible experience. I asked if I could switch apartments, even to a lower-grade one, but that wasn't possible for the whole week. One day, the cleaning staff left the garbage on the table. If you're planning a trip to Palermo, I'd put this accommodation last on the list.

8/10
The staff were really nice, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is a long way from the city, though, if you're travelling by car.

One of the better places in Palermo, though it can get noisy and windy sometimes.
