The apartment is modern, well equipped, and just off the motorway in Parma. It looks recently renovated, and is clean and well laid out. We paid just over €50 for the night, which was very good value. Free parking is about 100 metres away. Registration and check-in are all electronic, but helpful staff are available by WhatsApp or phone. There are places to eat nearby, and it's easy to get into central Parma. Despite the fairly busy road, it was very quiet. The room has a microwave and fridge. A kettle would have been useful, but that's my only criticism. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

Mega is all I can say. The room was large, clean, and nicely furnished, with almost no road noise. The location also makes for a fairly easy walk to central Parma. The owner was a 10 for friendliness and availability. Great value for the price, too. I'll definitely be back. Thank you :)

The beds were good quality, so I slept like a baby, and the air-conditioning kept the apartment cool even though it was very warm outside. I also really enjoyed the luxurious-feeling shower and the apartment's design. We couldn't really cook for ourselves since there was no oven or anything, just a microwave. That didn't matter much, as we planned to eat at restaurants anyway. For what my family and I needed, it was a good place, and it's reasonably close to the city.

We stayed here for the Parma exhibition in October 2023. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and communication was great. We'll be back in the future.

The bed wasn't comfortable, and the windows were tiny with no view. It was noisy too, especially for how expensive the place was.
