Right in the heart of Modena, but still quiet. A relaxing, comfortable place to stay.

We felt really looked after here. They were ready to help with whatever we needed and gave us tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartments are well kept, the service was impeccable, and the hospitality was wonderful. Clean, professional, and helpful throughout, all at a very affordable price. I'd highly recommend Les Suites di Parma for a nice holiday in charming Parma.

Marcella, the owner, was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We arrived without warning, and she still made sure we were welcomed properly while handling everything remotely. The accommodation itself was comfortable and spotless, and the location was enviable. An unforgettable stay in Parma.

When we got back that evening, we spotted bugs, then found about ten bedbugs in the bag of clean blankets. Earlier, the duvet had white stains and what looked like feces on it. I told the owner, who brought more duvets, but that only made things worse. The hygiene and respect for guests were completely lacking. It's unacceptable to provide a room in this condition, and I strongly advise anyone concerned about their health to stay away.
