The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, and there's convenient parking nearby. It's also a great base for exploring Perugia. The B&B is peaceful and quiet, very clean and well cared for. Rooms have their own bathrooms, and the shared space has a fully equipped kitchen. It had all the comforts we needed.

Whenever work brings me back to Perugia, Antico acquedotto feels like my home and refuge. I'm a regular visitor to this wonderful city, and it's always a joy to see Maria again. Her warm welcome makes each stay feel special. For price, central location, beauty, and hospitality, I think it's the best B&B in Perugia.

We found the hosts genuinely helpful and kind. The room was tastefully decorated, and the private bathroom was lovely. The location is stunning too. Probably Perugia's best B&B, and highly recommended.
