We were cold because the heaters weren't switched on until after 7pm. The toilet seat was broken, the shower didn't work, and there were still hairs on the bed. The staff were friendly and very apologetic, but for a three-star hotel, this was a disgrace.

The breakfast was barely basic, and the rooms were small and dirty, with no refrigerator. We could hear all the couples in the roof very clearly. Calling this a three-star hotel feels like a fraud.

Checking in took about two hours. At 9 pm the room was dirty and still had no bed sheets. The air conditioning didn't work, and when we asked staff to fix it, they just said to wait because it would start soon. It still hadn't started by the time we checked out. Poor service.

The price was cheap, and the beach is close, but the hotel is in poor shape and definitely needs renovation.
