We stayed for a month on this, our third visit, and the house was comfortable even in winter. It’s always lovely and fully equipped. In summer, being right on the beach with direct access makes it ideal. The owner is so kind and available whenever you need something. We’ll come back as soon as we can. Highly recommended!
Getting straight onto the beach is priceless, even in winter. The apartment was spotless and delightful, with everything we needed. Very comfortable, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Private access takes you right to the beach, and the green heart of Pescara is close by. The location is excellent.
