B&B Villa il Noce

We had a great four-day stay with my family. It was just the place to get away from city chaos and relax, whether indoors or out on walks in the mountains and nearby villages. The beautiful villa is well cared for, surrounded by greenery, and has a very clean pool. The rooms are also lovely and well maintained. The owner is very kind and makes breakfast with things from her garden or other good local products. She can also prepare lunch or dinner if asked. Our attic room got hot, as it has no air conditioning. We were there during unusually hot weather, though. One thing to know before booking: the owner’s dogs roam freely, and many guests bring dogs too. We love animals, so that was fine for us, but if you’re bringing a dog, consider how it gets along with other dogs. The room price plus lunch at the property or other extras felt a little high, though everywhere in Italy has become expensive. I’d suggest adding half board. We’ll be back!

A car problem meant I was stuck at the repair shop for three days while traveling with my daughter. What started as a nasty surprise turned into a lovely stay. We found friendly hospitality and peace in a beautiful natural setting, with a striking landscape to enjoy while swimming in the pool. Breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were very clean. We’ll come back next year for a full week. Highly recommended.

We felt at home the moment we arrived at this welcoming villa, surrounded by greenery with the mountains in view. The panorama is breathtaking and relaxing. The pool is always available and self-cleaning, and stays clean. The owner is warm and happy to suggest restaurants, sights, events, and excursions. Her dogs are lovely, and my dog played with them all holiday. If you ask, she’ll happily make lunch using the natural products they grow themselves. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth and kindness. The staff were wonderful, ready to help with every request and make sure I was comfortable. The property is a lovely architectural work that fits naturally into its surroundings. My room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and had all the comforts I could want. Breakfast was prepared with care and packed with fresh, delicious local products. It gave me a genuine taste of traditional Italian food, and I was happy to wake up to it each morning. The countryside setting is quiet and good for long, restorative walks and exploring nearby places. Picinisco is close enough to discover its Italian culture, traditions, and food, all of which won me over. I’d recommend this vacation home to anyone hoping for a memorable stay in the Picinisco countryside. It’s a peaceful, beautiful place that left a lasting impression, and I can’t wait to return.
