They were very professional and kind, helping us throughout the trip. They made a holiday with two kids a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and really well equipped. It’s in a great spot, about five minutes’ walk from Pineto town centre and the beach, and very close to bus and train links. The company’s staff were friendly and helpful, and the customer experience was great. Very pleased.

I hate writing negative reviews, but our June 2024 stay at Marina 1 Apartments (Via Cesare De Titta 44) deserves one. The room was filthy, with an unbearable damp smell that never fully went away. The plumbing was very old, the shower fell apart, and there was a urine smell. There was no toilet paper or bar of soap, and it was so damp that our clothes wouldn’t dry. Woodlice got into our clothes, which smelled awful, and our vacation was spoiled. After I asked for cleaning and complained about the odor, our booking on booking disappeared, as if by magic, and we had no way to leave a review.

The staff were capable and helpful. I stayed in the "Mango" apartment and was happy with both it and the city of Pineto. I’ll definitely come back.
