We came in the evening and walked straight to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, just a 5-minute walk away. The owner and all the receptionists were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We’d only planned to stay one night, but felt so comfortable that we booked a second. We found this hotel at short notice, and the room was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again if we return to Pisa.

We’ve just finished our third stay, and this is easily our favorite hotel in Pisa. The location works perfectly for getting to the Duomo and tower, restaurants, the University, and the train station. Our rooms have always been spotless and quiet, and the service is excellent.

The owners are around 90, and they don’t speak a word of English. The only decent thing is the location, which is sort of okay. The AC doesn’t work, and nothing else seems to either. I had to go into the kitchen and wash glasses just to get some. There was old food left in the fridge by previous guests. Quite unbelievable. €60 a night would be the most I’d pay for this place. One night in Pisa is plenty for the whole city. The Duomo church is amazing, otherwise, blah. Luckily, we’re going to Firenze tomorrow.

The garden setting is nice, and the staff are friendly. The location is good too. But the bed and pillows are hard, and the air conditioning barely cools the room. My hair dryer overheated and shut off halfway through drying my hair.

For me, this small family hotel was perfect. It’s clean and modern, close to the Tower of Pisa, and the people are super nice. Breakfast was good too. I’d definitely come back.
