The garden was a big hit with the kids, who could run around freely under the large trees while we relaxed. The villa is close to the beach and well placed for getting around. We had a great family stay here.

Angela was quick to respond to all our questions, both before arrival and while we were there. She welcomed us warmly and gave us tips on sights and places to eat nearby. There were nine of us at Villa il Carrubo in Pisticci, but the spacious, comfortable place worked well for our group and was spotless and tidy. It's conveniently close to attractions like Craco, the Badlands, and Matera. I'd gladly consider coming back and highly recommend it.

Villa il Carrubo in Pisticci has a simple feel and a lovely garden that add to its peaceful atmosphere. It was impeccably clean and orderly, and comfortable to stay in. The location makes it easy to get to Matera, Craco, and the sea, with plenty of nearby things to explore. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a charming place in the region. We could easily get to the sea by car, and the house was well placed for exploring the area. Its comforts and the shade from the carob and pine trees made our stay more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helped us throughout. Quiet, green, and clean, it felt like home right away. A lovely place to relax and meditate.
