The location was great, and the room was large with a terrace. But the toilet seat was broken and stayed that way throughout our six-night visit. Towels were only changed after we complained, and despite the notice saying the bed linen would be changed, it never was. The room wasn’t cleaned, the bin wasn’t emptied, and when I asked for a blanket, I was handed an empty duvet cover. We paid the visitor tax in cash but got no change, nobody on staff spoke English, and we had to buy our own toilet paper.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and kept in touch well. The local shops and restaurants were great, and people around there were so friendly. The place itself was spotless and comfortable, with aircon and free wifi, in a fantastic, quiet location right in the heart of the Pompei district of Naples. This was my first trip to Naples, and I’ll be back.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Communication was difficult because hardly anyone spoke English, including the owners, whose English was very basic. We also had breakfast listed as included when we booked, but on arrival we were told it would cost extra.

The room with the hot tub was a highlight, and everything was clean. Staff were very kind. The B&B is near the Sanctuary of Pompeii, and I had a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.

The room was close to the center and the church of Pompeii, and we could use it throughout the day. Parking nearby cost very little. Inside, it was clean and well cared for, with the basic essentials and a whirlpool tub with chromotherapy for relaxing. We were looked after impeccably by such lovely people. We’ll gladly come back.
