Nm Luxury Suites (Adults Only)

We were very happy at NM Luxury Suites. Mr Bruno waited kindly for us even though we were late, and check-in was easy. The room was bigger than we expected and the bed was comfortable. After a long day walking, it was lovely to come back to the spa. It worked well, though it took a while to fill and was warm rather than hot. Breakfast arrived at the time we’d arranged from a restaurant around the corner: orange juice, a cornetto, and cappuccino. We’d been unhappy with the cappuccino’s quality and price at that restaurant on our first day, but the breakfast they supplied was much better. The Pompeii ruins are very close, and there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. One issue: the shower door didn’t seal properly, so the mat got soaked and became slippery on the glossy tiles. I nearly fell the first night, then knew to be extra careful getting out.

The location was very good, and Luca was a lovely, helpful host. The apartment could use a coffee machine.

The location was great, but the room stayed cold. The air conditioner worked, though it seemed too small for such a large room. There was a router, but no internet in the room, and the hot water was only lukewarm.

We’d happily stay again. The host was helpful, the location was great, and everything was very clean. Having a hot tub to relax in after a day out was a nice bonus.
