The staff were so welcoming, and the dumpling trio was a real highlight. A great restaurant right on the ski slopes.

The rooms are lovely and spacious, recently renovated, and open onto a big terrace with a gorgeous valley view. Half-board was generous: fresh local food at breakfast, then dinner with a starter, main, dessert, and sides at the buffet. We also had lunch there on the transhumance day and tried the spit-roasted shank, which was delicious. There are games for children, so it works well for families. The hotel sits right on the ski slopes and seems a great choice in summer or winter. Though it’s listed as one star, I found it every bit as good as a three-star hotel. We had a fantastic stay.

I stayed here years ago and still remember how wonderful it was: great food, a fantastic atmosphere, and hospitality that was second to none. It felt close to heaven 👍
