We stayed for a night and had breakfast before heading to Fiumicino. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and parking right in front was convenient. The owners are super kind, and the staff were attentive. Our room was spacious and clean. I’m personally not used to such a soft bed or such a big pillow, so that knocked a star off my room rating, but it’s just my preference. Breakfast had plenty of variety, though nothing savory. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The room and private bathroom were spotless, and the greenery around the property was so carefully looked after. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a well-equipped kitchen in the breakfast area. Anna and Carlo made us feel pampered and completely at peace, even more at home than at home. We were passing through on our way back from our Calabria vacation, where we’d attended a wedding nearby, and their hospitality really amazed us. Our one-year-old took to them right away, especially Anna. I recommend the place to anyone who gets the chance, especially for how kind the two owners are.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and whenever we come back to Riano to see friends, we always choose this B&B. It’s quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view. Anna was so kind and helpful during this second visit with our 11-month-old daughter, even pitching in with little everyday things. We really appreciated it.

Breakfast out in the garden was a real pleasure, both for the setting and for Anna’s homemade desserts. There was plenty of it, and it felt complete. Anna and Carlo were welcoming, very kind, and professional. The apartment was charming, comfortable, meticulously looked after, and spotless. Outside, the big lush garden was full of flowers and had a stunning view. We highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely return. Five stars from me.
